Who is eligible for Forestry Rewards?
Anyone with an active registered account on forestry-suppliers.com, or anyone who creates an active registered account on our web site. Terms and conditions apply. Resellers are not eligible for Forestry Rewards.
How do I get started?
Simply register an account on our web site. You will earn points for doing this initially. Your email and password will grant you access to information at any time regarding your Forestry Rewards account status. As you order, points will be added. Other activities will also earn points.
How do I earn points?
For every dollar spent on qualified web orders, as well as shares on social media, friend referrals and purchased product reviews â€” all earn reward points. Reward points are awarded in $5.00 increments based on spending amount or other actions as approved by Forestry Suppliers.
When are points added?
Once a qualified web order is placed, your points will be available approximately 14 days after you are invoiced. Other events such as referring a friend and social media posts are awarded once confirmed. Bonus points for social media sharing, referring a friend (who places an order), and reviewing purchased products are awarded once confirmed.
How can I see my earned points summary?
Using your email address and password, log in to our web site to review all information for your account in your Forestry Rewards Dashboard. If you forget your password you can click â€śForgot Passwordâ€ť and weâ€™ll send you information to reset it.
What if I have a question about my rewards account?
You can access your Forestry Rewards account information on our web site where you can also review your order history and invoices. If you are not able to find out your answer online you can email us at email@example.com
and a representative will follow up.
Can I use an unrelated promotion and still earn points?
On occasion we offer customers promotions such as sale prices, free with purchase, or free shipping with a minimum purchase. We welcome you to use a promotion code, and you will earn points for that order based on your net purchase amount (merchandise sold less any discount).
Are any orders excluded for earning points?
We are unable to provide reward points for orders that receive negotiated pricing. Orders placed through our wholesale channels are not eligible to earn points.
What is a qualified order?
A qualified order is one originating through our web site and based on current pricing. Negotiated pricing through Forestry Suppliers is not eligible to earn reward points.
Can points expire?
Points will expire after 24 months of inactivity on your account. We will send you an email prior to the expiration date of your reward points, which will expire after 24 months of inactivity on your account. We cannot credit points lost due to inactivity. To secure your points, place an order prior to the expiration date in the email and your reward points will be secure. Expired reward points are automatically forfeited and the account is closed. If you return at a later date, your account will reactivate and you would begin accumulating new points.
How do I redeem points?
Once you have a minimum of 125 points accrued, you are eligible for a $5.00 reward that you can use on any order from our web site. You will receive a prompt during checkout to use your reward, or you can elect to save it for another order in the future.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can use on an order?
You can use all of your reward points, or just a portion that you have been awarded. You could even pay for an entire order, provided you have enough points.
Can I earn points if I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes. The purchase of a gift certificate is treated just like any order.
How are my points affected if I return something?
Items that are returned will show up on your rewards account as a reduction in points. For example, if you order three items totaling $100.00, and you return one item that had a value of $31, your account would show an original posting of 100 points and then a reduction of 31 points.
If I return a product that was purchased using reward points, will the points be restored?
Can I earn points if I use a gift certificate to pay for my order?
Points are not earned when redeeming a gift certificate. Only the net amount of the order after applying the gift certificate value will earn points.
Can I redeem my points for cash?
No. Points can only be redeemed by placing an order on our web site.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Reward points are not transferable. You may, however, use your points to purchase a gift certificate to give.
