Simply register an account on our web site. You will earn points for doing this initially. Your email and password will grant you access to information at any time regarding your Forestry Rewards account status. As you order, points will be added. Other activities will also earn points.
For every dollar spent on qualified web orders, as well as shares on social media, friend referrals and purchased product reviews — all earn reward points. Reward points are awarded in $5.00 increments based on spending amount or other actions as approved by Forestry Suppliers.
Once a qualified web order is placed, your points will be available approximately 14 days after you are invoiced. Other events such as referring a friend and social media posts are awarded once confirmed. Bonus points for social media sharing, referring a friend (who places an order), and reviewing purchased products are awarded once confirmed.
Using your email address and password, log in to our web site to review all information for your account in your Forestry Rewards Dashboard. If you forget your password you can click “Forgot Password” and we’ll send you information to reset it.
You can access your Forestry Rewards account information on our web site where you can also review your order history and invoices. If you are not able to find out your answer online you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will follow up.
On occasion we offer customers promotions such as sale prices, free with purchase, or free shipping with a minimum purchase. We welcome you to use a promotion code, and you will earn points for that order based on your net purchase amount (merchandise sold less any discount).
We are unable to provide reward points for orders that receive negotiated pricing. Orders placed through our wholesale channels are not eligible to earn points.
A qualified order is one originating through our web site and based on current pricing. Negotiated pricing through Forestry Suppliers is not eligible to earn reward points.
Points expire after 24 months of no purchase activity on your account. We will send you an email prior to the expiration date of your reward points. We cannot credit points lost from lack of purchase activity. To secure your points, place an order before the expiration date in the email and your reward points will be secure. Expired reward points are automatically forfeited. If you return at a later date and make a purchase, your account will begin accumulating new points.
Once you have a minimum of 125 points accrued, you are eligible for a $5.00 reward that you can use on any order from our web site. You will receive a prompt during checkout to use your reward, or you can elect to save it for another order in the future.
You can use all of your reward points, or just a portion that you have been awarded. You could even pay for an entire order, provided you have enough points.
Yes. The purchase of a gift certificate is treated just like any order.
Items that are returned will show up on your rewards account as a reduction in points. For example, if you order three items totaling $100.00, and you return one item that had a value of $31, your account would show an original posting of 100 points and then a reduction of 31 points.
Points are not earned when redeeming a gift certificate. Only the net amount of the order after applying the gift certificate value will earn points.
No, points can only be redeemed by placing an order on our web site.
Reward points are not transferable. You may, however, use your points to purchase a gift certificate to give.
