Dan's Hunting Gear Froglegs Snake Protector Chaps/Boots, Size 6
Tough, lightweight, waterproof, and flexible, these three-ply snake chaps provide superior protection and are sewn and sealed to rugged 16” Frogger Boots. In addition to a stout outer layer, the chaps are lined with water-repellent nylon all the way to the lower ankle. Adjustable straps let you easily fasten the chaps to your belt using a 3/4” buckle. The 100% waterproof Frogger Boots are constructed of chemical-resistant rubber with an extra 2 mil overlay and additional underlays in high-puncture areas. The Gel-Comfort insole ensures outstanding comfort, and the boots are equipped with a steel shank in the outsole. The Xtreme Traction tread helps you navigate confidently in mud, rocks, and snow. Boot Comfort Range: -20°F to 70°F.

These are the toughest hip waders currently on the market. I’ve had a pair for over a decade that still don’t leak. They’ve been used for everything from beaver trapping to electro fishing high elevation mountain streams, not easy use. Never let me down so far.
They are great accept the sole comes off every pair of them I have had. There isn't a better option that I have found but you have to glue the sole back on. At the price they are you would think Dan's would use a better boot.
I feel much safer working in wetlands with these. The USDA critter control people told me about them. They are cooler and more comfortable than rubber hip boots. You can choose your lower for a nice snug fit when the mud wants to suck your shoes off. Very comfortable to walk hours in.
