This hose does have standard garden hose threads, so you could use it as a standard garden hose with out any special attachments.

By far this is the best hose I have found. not only does it store nice, it is a very durable hose. It manipulates better than a standard garden hose. You also don\'t have to worry about needing a lot of space. because it is a a true flat hose. As long as this product is available I will buy it. Yes it is pricey, but it is worth every penny.
