Jim-Gem^® OST (Dibble) Bar

Hands down, best dibble bar made. Been using mine for 16 years, 100k+ trees, still looks great. easy to use, the offset makes a huge difference. You won't be disappointed.

I have used several designs and this one has worked great for me. The offset bar creates leg clearance and the wide wedge seems to help prevent j-rooting when compared to bars with a point. This is the only type of planting bar that I would recommend.

This is one solid tool. I have two of these and one of the speedy dibbles. You can plant 2 seedlings/minute with these guys.

I ordered one OST dibble bar to see how they worked . I now have three and I'm ordering another one soon . I'm using them in sandy soil planting evergreen seedlings and use to use a pick axe with a mattock head . These cut my time down to half . I have not had one break and I have to tell you I have used them for other jobs such as prying boards off a building .
