Pickaroon

This pick is identical to the type we used at the sawmill for 25 years. Excellent for home use pulling / rolling logs and fire wood rounds. Do not understand the previous reviewers who cannot get it to stick in wood??? Probably they have not been eating their Wheaties! Cheers, MAC

I do agree with a previous review...that the angle on the tip of the head makes it difficult to stick and pick up pieces of fire wood etc., however this "pickaroon" works well for collecting and dragging brush...and for hooking and dragging brush/ etc. out of a truck bed....

I use this tool in a commercial setting, processing logs into firewood, and it works great for reaching, hooking, and dragging on the inbound conveyor, and then clearing the split wood, and pulling it onto the outbound conveyor. Been using same tool for two years and haven't broken it yet.
