Description

LogRite Fetching Arch

Incredibly versatile, the Fetching Arch is designed to move logs on steep slopes or from remote locations by attaching any winch line or tow line to the arch’s tow ring. The Fetching Arch’s tongs can lift and fully suspend a 25” diameter log measuring 16’ long and weighing up to 2,000 pounds. The two-position adjustable tong hanger makes it easy to toggle over and pick up both small and large diameter logs. To move logs by hand, simply replace the arch’s tow ring with the 72” Two-Man Handle (sold separately). This handle provides excellent leverage and can also be pulled on with a rope or winch line. The Tow Tongue and Winch attachment (sold separately) allows you to use the Fetching Arch behind your ATV as a forwarding arch. In this configuration, the Fetching Arch’s tongs are removed and the tow tongue’s winch line is used to lift logs into the arch. A large single log or a bundle of smaller logs can be lifted with this option. Fetching Arch Dimensions: 79”L x 58.5”W x 44”H.

I've been using this arch to help clear up damage to my timber from a storm. The arch is really well built. I bought the ATV attachment to go with it and have been pulling 20" dia walnut and oak logs up hills with ease. I've tried dragging some of the logs out prior to owning this and my side by side would loose traction. The arch allows me to pull them wherever I want, even across my lawn without leaving tracks.
