I've had this spade so long I couldn't read the brand on the handle when I was looking to make a recommendation for a garden club. I use this sometimes for digging out narrow drainage ditches but mostly for digging out tree roots. This spade doesn't bend. Full stop. There's nothing worse than putting all your effort to pry up an embedded root or sunken boulder and then see all that energy wasted as your spade visibly bends. Not with this product. Did I say this spade doesn't bend?
