Good quality waistband belt for insect repellents. I wear this almost every time I am out in the field and I seem to have the least incidents involving ticks (knock on wood). Good quality velcro and definitely strong enough to keep pants on. I just don't have much of a control to compare it to, so its efficacy is somewhat unknown, but again, anecdotally it works.
