I have experienced a few snake experiences in less than one year. Two encounters involved rattlesnakes. I have worn the gaiters on more than one occasion and I felt very confident that these gaiters will protect me should a rattlesnake bite me. Trust me I do not want to truly find out. They are very comfortable and easy to put on and place back in the package case. Forestry Suppliers had just what I was searching for as far as protection from rattlesnakes.
Very light and cool. When put on properly, do not twist and turn. Only product I found listed that says it's 100% snake bite proof that has a million dollar product liability insurance on it. US Border Patrol, Foresty and Parks, and other agencies aren't wrong about them. Gives my guys in the field peace of mind and our boss peace of mind knowing if someone gets bit, it's covered.
