Maintain off-the-grid contact from anywhere in the world with the inReach Mini! This palm-sized satellite communicator lets you send and receive text messages using 100% global Iridium® satellite coverage (satellite subscription required). In an emergency, you can even trigger an interactive SOS alert to the GEOS 24/7 emergency response team. Wireless unit-to-unit connectivity enables the inReach Mini to send and receive messages through compatible Garmin devices, including connected wearables and handhelds. You can also track and share your location with others thanks to the built-in GPS. The free Earthmate® app lets you pair the inReach Mini with compatible mobile devices and get access to downloadable maps, U.S. NOAA charts, color aerial imagery, and more. In addition, the optional inReach weather forecast service provides detailed updates directly to the inReach Mini or a compatible paired device (basic and premium weather packages available). This rugged device is impact-resistant and water-rated to IPX7.
