Haglof Vertex Laser Geo 2 BAF Function

The Geo 2 BAF Function is a firmware update and software application that offers a variety of functions for forest measurement. Using traditional Variable Radius Plot methods and with the integration of a Relaskop® modeling software, accurate tree counts are able to be successfully captured utilizing the integrated slope correction feature and graphic display for determining “in” and “out” sample specimens. It also features enhancements allowing detailed measurements to be taken and stored. When used with plot data and coordinates, the BAF Function enables stem data collection including coordinate data, diameters and multiple heights. User-defined BAF Values can be applied for immediate volume and BAF values for evaluation and export. Data can be exported to the Haglof Link application as CSV, KML and GeoJSON file types.
