Shipping Methods
We offer many shipment options, including regular ground and expedited delivery via USPS, UPS, FedEx, Air Freight, Motor Freight, Ocean Freight, and more. Unless specified otherwise, we will ship by the most economical carrier. Some items (such as hazardous materials) have certain rules that will determine what carrier can be used. If you specify the shipment method, we will do our best to send it by the carrier you request.
Oversize/Motor Freight Items
Limitations per package for both UPS and Parcel Post include weight limitations of 150 lbs. (UPS) or 70 lbs. (Parcel Post) with size limitations of 130 inches (UPS) or 108 inches (Parcel Post). Orders that exceed these limitations are shipped Motor Freight. UPS packages measuring over 84 inches in length and girth combined will have a minimum charge equal to a package weighing 30 lbs and packages measuring over 108 inches in length and girth combined will have a minimum charge equal to a package weighing 70 lbs. Shipping Charges
For your convenience, when selecting your method of shipment, you will be provided with all of the methods of shipment we offer along with the estimated rates for your online order. This allows you to compare rates and choose the method that best meets your needs.
Packing List
When you receive your order, inside you will find a Packing List showing the items that have been shipped, and instructions on what to do in case there is a problem with your order.

Damaged Shipments
Before you sign for any package, carefully inspect the package and its contents for damage. In the event of a problem, refer to the instructions listed on the packing slip. List any damage on the carrier's receipt and follow the carrier's instructions. Report any damage to us by writing or calling the Customer Service Department immediately for domestic orders at 1-800-752-8460 or international orders call 601-354-3565. Save the shipping box and packing material! Be sure to have your Packing List with the order number on hand when you call or include this number when you write. Also include details about the damage. Together, we will work out the details on a reshipment of your order.
Hazardous Materials Charges
Certain items require an additional $48.00 charge per package for shipping by ground or $68.50 or $145.00 charge by air depending on hazardous class. You are notified of hazmat charges during the checkout process of your online order.
Hazardous Materials Returns
There are strict rules for shipping HazMat items. If you need to return a HazMat item, please contact our Customer Service Department by email or call them for domestic orders at 1-800-752-8460 or international orders call 601-354-3565 for detailed instructions.
Tracking Your Order
If you need to track your order, we'll be glad to help. If you know your order number and customer number, you can go to the Order Lookup page, and enter the information. If you still can't find your shipment, contact our Customer Service Department online or via phone at 1-800-752-8460 (USA) or 601-354-3565 (International).
Incorrect Shipments
If there has been an error in your shipment, please email our Customer Service Department or give them a call for domestic orders at 1-800-752-8460 or international orders call 601-354-3565 for complete instructions. Please package returned items securely.
