Returns & Repairs Information
At Forestry Suppliers, your satisfaction is our priority. We've been serving outdoor professionals since 1949, and we understand that sometimes purchases don't work out as planned.
If you're not happy with an item, please contact us! We'll be happy to discuss your options, which may include a return for a prompt exchange or refund. Here are some things to keep in mind for returns:
- Items must be returned in good, resalable condition in their original packaging.
- Videos, CDs, DVDs, software, and custom orders (unless our mistake) are not eligible for return.
- Certain hazardous materials (Hazmat) cannot be returned due to carrier restrictions. For specific Hazmat return instructions, please contact our Customer Service department. We've linked their contact information below for your convenience.
- Gas-powered equipment cannot be returned after use (once gas or oil has been added). In these cases, the equipment will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty review and approval process.

Returns
You can send us your item(s) by submitting a Returns / Request for Return Material Authorization (RMA).
To submit an RMA request follow these steps:
- Sign In to your account.
- Go to your Order History.
- Find the Order # which contains the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on Return / Request RMA
- Fill in the required information on the Returns / Request for Return Material Authorization (RMA) screen.
- Click the Submit button.
- Pack your item(s) for shipping.
- Write your RMA number clearly on the package.
- Ship your package to:
