Kestrel DROP D3FW Fire Weather Monitor
This rugged, compact data logger can be deployed in just seconds to capture environmental data from the beginning of a fire. The DROP D3FW measures temperature, relative humidity, wet bulb temperature (psychrometric), pressure trend, heat stress index, dew point temperature, and station pressure (absolute pressure). Using the free Kestrel LiNK App, you can view real-time readings on your smartphone or tablet from any DROP D3FW logger within wireless range (up to 100´ or more line of sight) via Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) technology. Minimum, maximum, and average readings are displayed, and the data log can be viewed as a scrolling graph with detailed data for individual logged points. You can also use the App to adjust the logging interval, real-time threshold alerts, and other settings. Readings can be updated as often as every two seconds. The DROP D3FW can be clipped to a pack or belt loop using the sturdy D-ring. IP67 Waterproof and drop-tested to MIL-STD-810G. Backed by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
