Ordered a loupe/hand lens for myself and my boyfriend, had an easy time finding them on the website, and the order arrived in a timely manner. I've gotten some use out of my loupe now, and it's pretty good -- the crafts quality is very good, the magnification is clear but can be tricky. There's probably a learning curve. I'm satisfied, just not blown away.
