DuPont Tychem 4000 Superior Protection Coveralls, with Hood, XXXXL

Offers superior resistance to chemical permeation by PCBs and other hazardous solvents. Made of white DuPont Saranex™ Tyvek™, a film of Saran resin sandwiched between two layers of polyethylene. Provides a good protective barrier from liquids of many kinds, an effective, reliable shield against heavy sprays and wet conditions. The hooded coveralls feature a respirator fit and have elastic wrists and ankles. Bound seams. White.

DuPont Tyvek® is a tough, lightweight fabric that has outstanding tensile and tear strength, is equally strong (wet or dry) and is treated with a topical antistatic agent to minimize static build-up.

• Resists water penetration, is nonabsorbent, and offers you excellent splash protection.
• Performs well in all types of hostile work environments.
• 100% polyethylene is chemically and biologically inert. Its physical properties are virtually unaffected by most organic and inorganic chemicals including acids, bases, and salts.
• Garments of spunbonded olefin are disposable, eliminating costly decontamination procedures.
• Provides an effective barrier against skin exposure during mixing, loading or spraying agricultural chemicals (the most common cause of worker poisoning).
• Provides highly effective protection against fibers, such as Asbestos, or particle contaminants down to sub-micron size.
• Can be used in contamination controlled environments (cleanrooms).
• High-density polyethylene contains no additives to flake off and cause contamination.
