These are a great sheath made with excellent leather.. especially if you have a wide cutting edge like a 4 pound jersey pattern. There’s one issue that keeps this from getting 5 stars. Those tiny holes you see behind the stitching are steel pins. Yes they are behind the welt and if you have a really keen edge it will be serrated if it contacts them. I found this out the hard way but a small pin punch pushed them right out and it made for a great sheath.
