Crew Boss 7.0 oz. Tecasafe Plus Traditional Shirt, X-Large
Designed for optimal functionality on the most high pressure fire lines, these shirts provide superior personal protection with dependable strength that is lightweight, breathable and inherently flame-resistant. Features include: Forest Service style button-front closure; large, spade-style pockets with hook and loop closures; hook and loop closures around the cuff to ensure a tight fit around the glove; extra-long square-cut tails; Nomex® thread throughout; and stress points bartacked at 10 locations. Certified to current NFPA 1977 standards.

Several of the fire crew guys are over 6 feet tall and this shirt works well for the taller guys.
I'm a 5'4" 165lb small chested but otherwise thickly built woman. My fellow ladies who struggle with PPE designed for men, the large is HUGE, like nightgown huge. The bottom of the large was nearly to my knees. The medium is still a little large but that's alright for me, allows for some extra layers on cool season prescribed fires. Small would probably be too small.
