I agree with the surveyor. This pump and just about every sprayer pump on the market needs a better handle arrangement. The friction tabs that are supposed to engage in a recess just do not last and you find the handle turns loose constantly. This can destroy the handle and/or pump if the sprayer is full. Also, go with the 1 gallon model unless you absolutely need a larger capacity. 2 or 3 gallons of liquid is heavy and you will tire of carrying it after only one-half hour. One last thing.....go ahead and purchase the pump repair kit and an extra umbrella valve when you buy the sprayer; you will need some of the o-rings sooner than later and you'll be glad you had them on hand.
