I have had several Solo back pack sprayers over the years. They both sprayed as expected but both suffered failures at early stages and would serve for light use. The first units pump leaked the first season running chemicals down ones legs. the second the handle failed the second time it was used. The forth season the pump leaked and broke. These units were used for spot spraying with only about 50 gallons per season use.

Have been using the Solo sprayer for 25 years. Excellent tool for broadcasting our chemical a fair distance, whether on foot or from a boat. The resevoir capacity is more than sufficient for large spraying assignments. It is fairly easy to clean and maintain and worn parts are easy to obtain.I don't think anybody would put these sprayers to the test like we do and they perform admirably.
