Ideal for the inspection of power lines and solar panels, search and rescue, precision agriculture, fire fighting, and much more. The camera on the DJI Zenmuse XT is developed by FLIR. It provides high-sensitivity (50mK) infrared scanning at 640/30 fps or 336/30 fps depending on the camera model. The Zenmuse XT Advanced Radiometry camera provides twice the temperature measurement accuracy of the standard Zenmuse XT along with new analysis and recording functions. Simply tap any point in an on-screen image to view the temperature of that point or select an area to measure the average, highest and lowest temperatures as well as their location. The camera can also be calibrated to further increase temperature measurement precision by setting external parameters including background temperature, scene emissivity and more. If photos are captured in the TIFF format, the temperature of each pixel can be recorded for further processing and analysis. A temperature alert threshold can be set, automatically activating when that temperature is detected. This capability could simplify and accelerate search and rescue and inspection activities. Both camera models are available with four lens options to meet different business needs. Stabilized and controlled by a custom DJI gimbal, it provides smooth, clear imagery and 360 degrees of seamless rotational movement. To choose the best camera for you, first select a refresh rate. Both are excellent, though moving objects will appear smoother in 30Hz (see video). The faster 30Hz refresh rate is more important in applications with speed - such as high-speed first-person-view (FPV) flight. The 9Hz is slightly less expensive than the 30Hz. Next, select a Resolution - 336 x 256 or 640 x 512. Both are excellent, but the 640 costs significantly more. When viewing a subject from up close, both the 336 and the 640 work very well. When viewing subjects from a larger distance, the 640 will produce a sharper, more detailed image. Last, select a Lens. Remember, these are not interchangeable - the lens you select will be permanently installed on the camera. The lower the lens size, the wider the field of view. A 6.8 mm lens on the 336 camera corresponds to a wide 49° field of view, whereas a 19 mm lens corresponds to a narrow 17 ° field of view. A 7.5 mm lens on the 640 camera corresponds to a wide 90° field of view, whereas a 19 mm lens corresponds to a narrow 32° field of view.
