King Cobra^™ Carbon Shield Hoods

Only state-of-the-art flame-resistant fabrics are used assuring permanent flame and heat protection even after years of use and repeated laundering. Longer front and back drape design makes sure the hood stays tucked in even during the most strenuous activity. Other features include flat stitching and seamless chin area for better fit and comfort, 1/2"W elastic face opening which stretches to a full 17" for easy donning and a snug fit, and bottom edge is bound with self-fabric bias binding. For additional peace of mind, all King Cobra hoods (construction and fabrics) are UL classified to meet or exceed the NFPA 1971 Standard on Protective Ensemble for Structural Fire Fighting 2000 Edition.
