The fold-down design allows the measuring wheel to fold in half for easy storage. A barrel clamp locks the handle upright and releases in a second. Features include 3/4" steel tubing construction, rubber wheel, molded rubber handgrip, and a stationary kickstand. Six-year manufacturer’s warranty.
