The GLOBE Program

The GLOBE Program
 Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment is an excellent way to build interest in the sciences while helping gather data for governmental and scientific communities.

Standard GLOBE Kits
 The items required for The GLOBE Program are available in kit form for one low price. These standard GLOBE Kits represent a minimal entry-level approach to gathering GLOBE data based on the recommendations of the GLOBE program. While each kit is complete by GLOBE standards, items from this list can also be purchased individually.

Each Standard Kit contains items that conform to and can be used to obtain and record GLOBE data for a particular protocol, and are available for Primary, Middle, and Secondary classes. Alternatively, if you seek a more comprehensive solution, our own Forestry Suppliers’ Advanced Study F.I.E.L.D. Kits™ include all the items pertinent to the entire protocol for Atmosphere and Climate, Hydrology, and Soil.

Optional GLOBE Items
 The Options list is a selection of correlated and complementary products to the Standard GLOBE Kits. Each item must be ordered separately.

 Most GLOBE products and optional items correlate to one or more particular GLOBE protocols, as defined at the current time.
